Project overview

AFIMAC Global generates a healthy volume of prospects, but most stalled after the first touch—long before sales could engage. They asked LifecycleX to design a full-funnel nurture engine that would (1) capture every lead in HubSpot, (2) measure engagement and progress prospects through five clearly defined lifecycle stages, and (3) hand Sales-Ready Leads directly into Microsoft Dynamics.

The goal: create a predictable flow of educated prospects who are ready for sales conversations.

Execution

We started with a deep dive into AFIMAC’s lead sources, buyer journeys, and tech stack. From there we built an end-to-end system that turns activity data into pipeline momentum:

  • Lifecycle framework & scoring. Defined five nurture stages. Engaged Marketing Prospect, MQL, SQL, Sales-Ready Lead, and Lost/Re-engage, then implemented lead and engagement-scoring rules that auto-assign every prospect to the right stage.
  • 25+ stage-specific emails. Wrote and deployed targeted messages for each stage, guiding prospects from awareness to decision while surfacing key differentiators, use-case proof, and social validation.
  • Dynamic HubSpot workflows. Created branching automations that progress leads down-funnel the moment scoring thresholds are hit, ensuring no manual triage or “stuck” prospects.
  • Microsoft Dynamics integration. Synced Sales-Ready Leads (and their activity history) directly into Dynamics, giving the sales team context-rich records without leaving their primary CRM.
  • Funnel visibility. Added dashboards for stage volume, conversion rates, and email performance, enabling weekly RevOps reviews and rapid optimization.

Project results

Within the first 30 days, 28.3% of Engaged Marketing Prospects are now surfacing as fully qualified Sales-Ready Leads, flowing straight into Dynamics for sales. Marketing has real-time insight into how prospects move through every stage, while sales receives a steady stream of informed buyers. Shortening ramp-up time and increasing close rates. With the lifecycle framework in place, AFIMAC now has a scalable engine to drive pipeline and revenue quarter after quarter.
